Reservation Policies

Our Campgrounds are managed in partnership with B.C. Recreation Sites Trails and our polices reflect theirs. Below are the specific guidelines for online reservations; however, standard Campground Policies also apply.

Booking Guidelines

  • Reservations must be made online and Reservation Holders must be 19 years or older.
  • Bookings are NOT transferable and are thus only valid for the individual who’s name is on the reservation. Reservation Holders must be present at check-in time and onsite each night of the booking for the reservation to remain valid.
  • Reservations can be made for up to 14 nights, from 3 to 30 nights prior to your arrival date, but not more than 37 nights before your departure date.
  • A 3 night minimum booking is required for all online reservations on long weekends. It is the responsibility of the Reservation Holder to ensure this requirement is met or they risk losing, without refund, the reservation.
  • Camp Foley Group Site reservations can be made throughout the season for any available dates in April to October.
  • Any changes to your reservation dates can only be made by cancelling your original reservation, then rebooking with your new dates if available. Support Staff cannot make changes on your behalf.
  • Please email info@firesidecamping.ca if you do not intend to make your reservation. Your site will immediately be made available as a FCFS site for others to enjoy.

Booking Fees

  • A $17 non-refundable reservation fee applies to each single-site booking, in addition to nightly fees.
  • A $25 non-refundable reservation fee applies to each double-site booking, in addition to nightly fees.
  • A $30 non-refundable reservation fee applies to each triple-site booking, in addition to nightly fees
  • A $75 non-refundable reservation fee applies to Camp Foley Group-Site bookings, in addition to nightly fees.
  • Senior and Persons With Disabilities discounts do not apply to reservations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • To cancel, email info@firesidecamping.ca 15 days or more prior to your arrival date to qualify for a refund of nightly fees only. Reservation Fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for vacating your site early, bad weather or eviction.

No Show Policy

  • Reserved campsites are held until 10:00pm on the first night of the reservation. If the Reservation Holder has not checked in with the Site Host by 10pm, the reservation becomes void and the site will be released as first-come first-served. This means, if you arrive on day two of your reservation and intend to camp, you will be required to pay fcfs cash fees for whichever site is available.
